Goods purchased on the vivaelectronics.am website can be returned within 14 days after purchase in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods if:

     • The purchased product is defective, of poor quality or damaged.
     • The ordered product does not match the description on the site.
     • The buyer has changed his mind about the purchase.

Return conditions

     • The buyer can return the purchase, subject to the integrity of the goods and packaging.
     • Used or damaged items cannot be returned.
     • Equipment related to hygiene and nutrition, as well as products specified by law, are not eligible for return.
     • The return is made by the Service Center after proper diagnostics of the goods.
     • Once an item has been returned, a subsequent return shipping fee will apply.
